Developed based on the demands of professional motorsport, the Triple-R series LED headlights set a new standard. The headlights are available in five sizes, from four to 28 LEDs, each with 11 watts of power, and in three finishes. They feature a full aluminum housing in black (and optionally in silver on some models), a Gore-Tex ventilation membrane, and electronic temperature management that ensures each LED operates at its optimal performance level. Special vacuum-metallized reflectors further enhance optical efficiency. The front is made of virtually indestructible polycarbonate.

The spot beam pattern has been optimized for maximum range, meeting the demands of rally and endurance motorsport, where very high speeds are involved. This is achieved through specially shaped reflectors for each individual LED. While the ST and T series headlights also illuminate the roadside directly in front of the vehicle, the Triple-R headlights are optimized for range and only reach their maximum lateral illumination at approximately half their range. Compared to the hybrid beam pattern of the ST and T series, however, this results in up to five times the peak brightness.

The mounting position of the LEDs and the indirect emission via the reflectors result in less vertical movement of the light beam while driving. This provides better visibility in rain or fog compared to conventional headlights with LEDs in the center of the reflector. The carefully calibrated color temperature leads to sharper contrast and further improves visibility.

With a luminous flux of 28,700 lumens, the Triple-R 28 headlight is as powerful as nine xenon high beams or almost 29 H4 halogen high beams. The spot beam pattern provides an excellent range of approximately 2,546 meters.

The Triple-R 28 is designed not only for motorsport but also as an off-road headlight. Compared to the T-24, its beam pattern only widens at a greater distance. However, the beam angle can be increased by mounting one or more additional lenses. Each additional lens covers four LEDs.

The headlight has a width of 1,305 mm, a height of 73 mm and a depth of 103 mm. It weighs 3.9 kg.

The unit can be mounted either via three sliding brackets that can be installed at the top or bottom, or via two side brackets. All brackets are included.

The connection cable is 70 cm long. A cable set (8226-12V-SW) with switch, relay and fuse is included in the scope of delivery.

Assembly

The Lazer Easy Mount system allows the lights to be mounted in three different ways: upright, hanging, and sideways. The spotlights are waterproof to IP67.
