The specific data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide for contract processing and handling your inquiries. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not harm your device and do not contain viruses, Trojans, or other malware.
The cookie stores information related to the specific device being used. However, this does not mean that we thereby gain direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies serves, among other things, to make your use of our website more convenient. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited certain pages of our website. These are automatically deleted when you leave our site.
Furthermore, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness. These cookies are stored on your device for a specific, predetermined period. When you revisit our site to use our services, it is automatically recognized that you have already been here and what entries and settings you have made, so you don't have to enter them again.
Secondly, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our services for you (see section 5). These cookies allow us to automatically recognize that you have already visited our site when you return. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.
The data processed by cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer or to always display a notification before a new cookie is created. Completely disabling cookies may prevent you from using all the features of our website.
Analysis tools (tracking tools)
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use these tracking measures to ensure the needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website. We also use them to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our services for you. These interests are considered legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
The specific data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the respective tracking tools.
a) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043 USA ("Google"), on our websites. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" (see section 4). The information generated by the cookie about your use of these websites is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. However, if IP anonymization is activated on these websites, Google will truncate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the websites, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The customer can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser settings; however, please note that in this case, some functions of this website may not be fully available. Furthermore, the customer can prevent Google from collecting and processing data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the website (including their IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de .
As an alternative to the browser add-on, or when using browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future by clicking this link ( https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de ). This will place an opt-out cookie on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click this link again.
b) Use of the remarketing or "similar audiences" function of Google Inc.
We use the remarketing or "similar audiences" function of Google Inc. ("Google") on our website. This function allows the provider to target website visitors with advertising by displaying personalized, interest-based ads to visitors of the provider's website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network. To analyze website usage, which forms the basis for creating these interest-based ads, Google uses so-called "cookies" (see section 4).
You can disable the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings. However, this may limit the functionality of our services.
Cookies are used to record website visits and anonymized data about website usage. No personal data of website visitors is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to reflect product and information areas you have previously viewed.
Furthermore, the customer can prevent Google from collecting and processing data generated by the cookie relating to the use of the website (including the IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link ( http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de ).
Further information about Google Remarketing and Google's privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
c) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords places a so-called "cookie" (see section 4) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of different AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. AdWords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the necessary placement of a cookie – for example, via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic placement of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". Google's privacy policy for conversion tracking can be found here ( https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html ).
d) Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences and Facebook Conversion
We use the so-called Facebook pixel on our websites, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or - if you are based in the EU - by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The Facebook Pixel is a JavaScript code that is integrated into our website for statistical and market research purposes. This allows Facebook to identify visitors to our website as a target group for displaying advertisements (so-called "Facebook Ads").
The Facebook pixel is therefore used to display the Facebook ads we place only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products, which are determined based on the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences").
Furthermore, thanks to the Facebook pixel, we are able to see whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad, in order to check and track the effectiveness of the Facebook ads (so-called "conversion").
Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and therefore guarantees compliance with European data protection law:
For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your related rights and privacy settings, please refer to Facebook's Data Policy at:
https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ .
Details on how the Facebook pixel works can be found in Facebook's help section at:
https://www.facebook.com/business/help/651294705016616 .
You can object to the collection of data by Facebook Pixel and the use of your data for displaying Facebook ads. You can also determine your advertising preferences, i.e., which specific types of ads you want to see on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads .

By integrating these plugins, Facebook receives information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our website with your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. This information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends.
Facebook may use this information for advertising, market research, and to tailor the design of its pages to user needs. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest, and relationship profiles, for example, to evaluate your use of our website in relation to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website, and to provide other services related to the use of Facebook.
If you do not want Facebook to associate the data collected via our website with your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
Please note that as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook.

When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram's servers. The plugin's content is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Instagram" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts.

This allows LinkedIn to associate your visit to our website with your LinkedIn user account.
We have no influence over the data that LinkedIn collects through this process, nor over the scope of this data collection. We also have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted to LinkedIn.

If you are logged into Pinterest at the same time, Pinterest can associate your visit with your Pinterest account. If you do not want this association to occur, you must log out of your Pinterest account before clicking "Pin it." Please note that as the website provider, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how Twitter uses it.
If you do not want Twitter to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your account, please log out of your Twitter account.

During your visit to our website, we use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is typically 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
