With a luminous flux of 9240 lumens, the Triple-R 1000 headlight is more powerful than two and a half xenon high beams or approximately eight H4 halogen high beams. Its spot beam pattern provides an excellent range of approximately 1225 meters. ECE-approved as a high beam, the Triple-R 1000 can be legally installed on vehicles without requiring registration. The reference number is 12.5.

The headlights are 410 mm wide, 73 mm high, and 103 mm deep. They weigh 1.42 kg.

The unit is mounted using a central, sliding bracket that can be installed at the top or bottom. A side mounting kit is available as an option.

The connection cable is 70 cm long, and plugs are included. Connection cable sets are available as an option.

The iconic Triple-R range gets an upgrade for 2020/21. Featuring the latest high-efficiency LED technology, the Triple-R 1000 is a high-performance driving light that delivers a spot beam pattern suitable for both on- and off-road vehicles. Subtle styling updates have resulted in a clean, contemporary design with a more aggressive edge, in line with the aesthetics of modern vehicles. With the option to connect a white or amber position light function, the styling and safety benefits of the second-generation Triple-R 1000 are further enhanced.

With 9,240 lumens and a luminous intensity of 1 lux up to 612 m (E-Boost mode), the LED auxiliary high beam provides improved left/right beam spread without compromising upward/downward spread, ensuring suitability for a wide range of vehicles, even when mounted high (e.g., heavy trucks). Highly reflective, vacuum-metallized optics, designed and engineered in-house in the UK using state-of-the-art CAD software, mean more light is directed precisely where you need it, via a perfectly homogeneous beam pattern with no flat spots. The 5000K color temperature is carefully selected to maximize the definition of obstacles ahead while ensuring comfortable driving, even over extended periods.

The Triple-R 1000 comes with the option to connect an integrated position/sidelight function when a lighting installation is required that is visible both day and night. It is possible to connect white or amber position lights by simply inserting the appropriate wire into the lamp connector at the installation location, or to leave them separate so that your Triple-R 1000 functions solely as a high beam. The position light function (white only) is approved for parallel operation with your vehicle's standard lights according to ECE Regulation 7.

Thanks to the use of "E-Boost" technology with two outputs, the light is approved according to ECE Regulation 112, allowing it to be connected directly to your vehicle's standard high beam headlights (where UNECE regulations are recognized). At 100% power, the light output exceeds the legal limit, so removing the included boost cap on the back of the lamp reduces the output to the legal limit.
