Introducing AIR, the latest LED light bar range from Lazer Lamps, specifically designed and engineered for the heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle market. The range includes three lamp variants: AIR-55, AIR-90, and AIR-130 Elite, with the numerical value representing each lamp's power consumption. Throughout the AIR range, every consideration has been given by our in-house UK design, engineering, and manufacturing departments to deliver a high-performance LED solution with a striking product design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and a distinctive position light function. As with every Lazer product, light output and build quality are fully guaranteed.

The AIR-90, roughly comparable in light output to the market-leading Triple-R 1000, is an exceptional product that balances performance and value, backed by our comprehensive 5-year warranty and guaranteed robustness and reliability. With a light output of 9,160 lumens and a range of 1 lux up to 574 m, the AIR-90 is an excellent all-rounder for everyday use. Furthermore, the light distribution has been carefully engineered to provide optimal vertical and horizontal illumination for road use, including higher vehicle mounting positions. The high beam output of the lamp, operating at 100%, exceeds the UNECE Regulation 149 limits for road-legal driving lights; therefore, the dual-output function allows for power reduction within the regulatory limits.

Apart from the remarkable illumination levels in the high beam range, all AIR products feature an integrated dual position light in either white or amber. Beyond the safety benefits, the use of the latest technologies and materials has created a distinctive appearance that is easily recognizable from both near and far. When the white position light is activated, it is approved for road use in accordance with UNECE Regulation 148.

The design and build quality of AIR products are enhanced by the injection-molded monocoque polycarbonate lens. Backed by a lifetime warranty on the "unbreakable" lens, which features a hard-coat finish (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing processes that Lazer also controls in-house), the lens flows downwards and beneath the lamp, creating a textured surface on the underside. The unique lamp design is further enhanced by the included innovative "Center Mount" system, which allows the lamp to sit much lower relative to the mounting point, enabling a clean, elegant installation.
